We invite you to come to the center of our universe for some truly tasty pie. An easy drive from Albuquerque, less than 3 hours — make the loop, "STOP AT THE TOP" and taste a little slice of heaven. We pride ourselves on baking the best pies in our universe, as well as homemade food. You'll also find great conversation and free Wi-Fi. So come on up to the TOP OF THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE and treat yourself.

The Pie Lady of Pie Town: Jane Rosemont, an independent Producer/Director, will be producing a short film about proprietor Kathy Knapp and her surroundings. Normal Hours: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
11 am to 4 pm (or later if there's any pie left!)
Closed Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday.

Please call ahead to make sure that we are open if you are making a special trip to visit us.

Our days and hours change like the weather. We try to be here during the times listed above, but things do come up. In summer, we add more days and hours. It's always a good idea to call in advance if you're hoping to get your favorite kind of pie, or reserve a whole pie to go. They go fast!
